Banana Lemon Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1/2 lemon (juiced)

1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1/2 cup water or almond milk

Ice cubes (optional)

Lemon zest (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Add banana, lemon juice, ginger, yogurt, and liquid of choice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again if you prefer a colder smoothie.
  4. Pour into a glass and top with lemon zest.
