
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 lemon (juiced)
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
1/2 cup water or almond milk
Ice cubes (optional)
Lemon zest (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Add banana, lemon juice, ginger, yogurt, and liquid of choice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again if you prefer a colder smoothie.
- Pour into a glass and top with lemon zest.
