Ingredients:
3 ripe mangoes
1 can condensada (370 ml)
1 can evaporada (370 ml)
1 all purpose cream (optional)
1 nata de coco
1 cup small sago cooked (white/clear)
25g gelatin powder yellow (manggo flavor)
Procedures:
- In a pot pour 1.5L water add the gelatin powder (25g) and bring to a boil.
- When boils remove from heat and let it set.
- Peel the mangoes and slice it into cubes.
- Cut the jelly into cubes
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, mangoes, sago and the jelly then add the 370 ml kremdensada, evaporated milk and all purpose cream.
- Mix all together, into the freezer for 3 hrs or you can add ice cubes to serve it right away.
